Cheese dosa

 

 

Cheese dosa is an item on the kids menu in our home :-) This is just the traditional crispy dosa pancake with a filling of shredded cheese. The cheese is added towards the end of cooking the dosa so that the residual heat on the pan melts the cheese, thus sticking the insides of the dosa together. Relish!
