Sourdough crumpets with cabbage and spring onions

A twist to the usual crumpets for today's breakfast....by adding spring onions (leaves, onions and all), minced green chili, shredded cabbage, italian seasoning, pink rock salt crushed and pepper. Hubby and daughter loved the crisp crumpets with all the different ingredients.
