Mango popsicle, No refined sugar

The yogurt-based ice pop was made with pulpy mango. The local (nadan manga) mangoes were difficult to cut into clean slices. So the ice candy was an idea to avoid wastage and also to beat the summer heat. It is a simple and straightforward recipe that even an amateur cook can put together.

The constituents are...

Mango - 3

Curd - 1 Tbsp

The modus operandi...

Peel mango and slice the flesh into small pieces. Throw into a blender jar along with curd.

Blitz for half a minute or until all the chunky mango pieces have been reduced to pulp. Spoon into the popsicle freezer mold.

Freeze overnight. Enjoy on a hot day!
