Carrot Apple smoothie

This smoothie looks and tastes great. Carrot a day helps build immunity. They have an abundance of beta carotene, which the body converts into Vitamin A.


I used :
Carrot - 1, peeled
Apple - 1, peeled and deseeded
Vanilla essence - 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder - a pinch
Coconut cream - 1 Tbsp
Milk  - 125 ml

Chop carrot and apple into small pieces. Puree. Add rest of the ingredients. Blend until smooth.
