Beetroot green juice

 I have been experimenting with different veggie additions to my basic ash gourd green juice. As you can guess from the color, beets and carrots were added. With the extra zing of lemon and ginger for flavor, its a great way to start your day.

The additives are..
Beetroot - 1/2 of a small one
Carrot - 1 small
Cucumber - 1
Ash gourd - 200g
Curry leaf - a few twigs
Gooseberry - 3
Cumin seeds - a little
Water - 4 glasses
Lemon - 1/2
Salt - a bit
Ginger - 1/2 inch
Plant-based collagen powder - a smidgeon
Turmeric powder - a tad
Spinach powder - a speck
The technique to prepare the health drink..
Peel cucumber and discard seeds. Peel carrot, beetroot and ginger too. Chop them roughly. Peel the skin of gooseberry and ash gourd, throw away seeds and cut roughly. Pick leaves from the curry leaf twigs. Throw in cucumber, carrot, beetroot, ash gourd, gooseberry, ginger, curry leaves and cumin seeds into the blender. Also, add a glass of water. Blitz. 
Strain the juice into a big jar. Squeeze juice of lemon. Add in salt, water, collagen powder, spinach powder and turmeric powder. Stir to mix. Pour into tall glasses. Drink up!
