Baked french fries, No oil

 How cool is it to able to devour french fries without the guilt that it is oil laden! :-) Baked at high temperature, the water content in potato is sucked up giving us crispy, crunchy chips.


The simple elements..

Potato - 4
Crushed rock salt, pink himalayan - a bit



Wash potatoes and peel them. Slice them into matchstick shapes, not too thick or too thin. Douse them with a bit of salt. Arrange them on baking paper placed on a baking tray.

Preheat oven to 210C. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Take out of oven and platter. Dip in tomato sauce and enjoy!
