Victoria sponge cake with dark chocolate

A change to the standard Victoria sponge cake with an addition of dark chocolate shavings. The bitterness of the dark chocolate offset the sweetness of the cake, giving a pleasant flavor. 

The cake baked in under 50 minutes at 180C.
