Taro corms stir fry

Taro corms or taro roots is another name for colocasia. This is a starch rich pan fry.

The additives of Mom's scrummy dish are...
Colocassia 
Turmeric powder - a speck
Red chili powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Water
Coconut oil - 1 Tbsp
The procedure..
Remove the outer skin of the taro root. Cut up into small pieces and wash well. Add turmeric powder, chili powder and salt. Also, pour water and boil the taro root until cooked to the core.
 Heat a shallow saucepan and mizzle oil. Throw in the taro root. Stir fry until crisp.
