Raspberry papaya oatmeal

 Rolled oats, also called old fashioned oats are oat flakes that can be cooked quickly. It can be cooked in just water, or a mix or water and milk. Many substitute almond or soya milk for the milk component. It is a wholesome breakfast when integrated with fresh and frozen fruits, nuts and raisins. This is because it contains a lot of fiber which gets converted to energy; seeing you through the day.

The rich texture of the oats porridge is because it is boiled in 1/4 glass milk and 3/4 glass water and 2 dates, a smidgeon of cinnamon powder, a speck of sesame seeds and a dash of freshly crushed cinnamon.
Add a generous amount of fresh papaya, frozen raspberry, almonds and raisins. Devour and reap the benefits of a healthy breakfast.
