Green chili chutney

 Pacha uppumulluku made from green chilies and shallots involves a very easy and simple preparation. Its vibrant green color is thanks to the green chillies.

The ingredients for Mom's piquant chutney...
Green chili - 5
Shallots - 4
Salt - a pinch
Coconut oil - 2 tsp

The method..
Grind green chilies, shallots and salt roughly. Add coconut oil. Enjoy with chembu, kappa, dosa or idli. If its too spicy for your taste buds, add a bit more coconut oil. Have a ball!
