Blueberry, banana and papaya smoothie
A super sweet smoothie without any added sugars. It is a blend of some fruits, berries and a splash of milk. A meal in itself, it's great for a quick and easy breakfast.
The fruit and berry ingredients are..
Papaya - 2 slices
Banana (robusta) - 1 ripe
Blueberry - a fistful
The other add-ons are..
Plant-based collagen - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric ginger powder - 1/4 tsp
Water - a splash
Cold milk - 1/4 cup
Blitz everything until smooth and pour into a tall glass. Decorate with curry leaf. Enjoy the fresh smoothie.
