Brownie (vegan)




    Walnuts - 1/2 cup
Almonds - 2 cups
Pitted dates - 25
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Vanilla essence - 1/2 tsp
Cocoa powder - 1 and 1/2 Tbsp
Water - 1 tsp
Grated coconut - 1/2 cup


Slice almonds and walnuts into small chunks. Blend to a powder.

Tear dates into small pieces. Mix well with blended powder.

Add salt, essence, cocoa powder, water. Stir so it becomes dough like.

Place a baking sheet on a pan. Press the dough down. Sprinkle coconut and press down. Freeze for 1 hour.
