Cupcakes

Ingredients for cupcakes are :

Plain flour - 1 and 1/2 cup
Baking powder - 1 and 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Powdered sugar - 1/2 cup
Butter - 1/2 cup
Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
Organic eggs - 3
Milk - 1/2 cup

Combine flour, baking powder and salt in a medium bowl.

In another bowl, beat sugar and butter until well blended. Add essence. Into this, break eggs one by one, beating well each time.

Add flour mixture, stirring until combined. Pour milk and stir until evenly moistened.

Pour cake batter into cupcakes. Preheat oven to 180 C. Bake for 15 minutes.

Transfer to a wire rack to cool.
