Marble cake (eggless)

Marble cake is a cake with patches of light and dark batter. The light one is the usual vanilla batter used for plain cake, and the dark one is chocolate. In the traditional marble cake called Marmorkuchen, the different streaks are made of citron and almonds.  This recipe is for eggless marble cake. I made it in a bundt pan       Dry ingredients :   Flour - 2 cups Baking powder - 1 1/2 tsp Milk powder - 1/4 cup Nutmeg - 1/2 tsp Wet ingredients :   Castor sugar - 1 cup Fresh cream - 3/4 cup Vanilla essence - 1 tsp Milk - 3/4 cup Cocoa powder - 1 Tbsp       Sieve flour, baking powder and milk powder into a glass bowl. Add in nutmeg too and mix well. In another glass bowl, combine sugar and cream till fluffy. Then add the essence to this fluffy mixture.  Spoon in little by little of the flour mix to the sugar cream mix. My  childs  love for the pink color, makes me try  beetroot  in the dishes that I make. You get spices like cinnamon, saffron .. in liquid form in small bottles in b ak in g s ho ps . They a dd f lavor and a nice aroma to the cakes. Also, this recipe makes use of fresh cream; no butter and no eggs. I use the cream separated from the milk we boil for the family. Be etroot grated - 1 Tbsp Hersheys cocoa powder - 2 Tbsp Saffron - 2 drops Cardamom - 1 drop Cinnamon -  1 drop Ginger - 1 drop Tutti frutti (candied fruits ) - a handful Follow the recipe at  https://riyasspace.blogspot.com/2020/04/spiced-cupcakes-eggless.html Add the spices to the sugar and cream mix. Once you get the final batter, separate into two bowl s. In one, add beetroot and in the other, cocoa. Beat both the mixtures well, and pour into the cupcake tins. Top off with some colorful tutti frutti . As a variation, you can add a layer of pink and then chocolate batter, to arouse your little ones

Green Chapathi -- Kids food

Spinach - 3 or 4 leaves Wash the spinach leaves under running water. Shred into small pieces and place in a bowl with a sprinkle of water. Microwave for a few seconds to cook it lightly. Then follow as in  Pink Chapathi  to make the dough. Roll out and cook as mentioned in that recipe. To pique your  childs  excitement, cut out the chapathi dough with cookie cutters and then cook it on the tawa .
